Council homes

We are committed to doing energy efficiency improvements in council homes:

  • to help reduce running costs, carbon emissions and the energy used
  • to meet the requirements of the Social Housing Net Zero Standard (SHNZS)

Energy Performance Certificate (EPC)

The EPC details energy use, carbon dioxide emissions and fuel costs of the home. It is measured on a scale from A to G, with A being the most efficient and G the least efficient. View EPC advice and guidance from Energy Savings Trust.
