Clubs, Groups and Activities

This section provides information on day centre / resource centre closures, things you can do during the day and how you can get involved in specific groups to have your say.
What can I do during the day?
Day services
Day services include help with personal care and daily living, support and advice with every day problems and provide a range of social activities. They can also offer employment and/or training opportunities.

Users of day services are encouraged to join in local community activities, wherever possible.
Day services are available throughout Aberdeenshire for adults (18 - 65) with physical, sensory or learning disabilities or mental health problems.
Older people, who need some help to live independently in their own homes, can attend day services in residential homes, resource centres or a variety of settings in the community.
Two community hospitals, Insch and Rothieden, also offer day services.
