Facilities in the Centre	The facility includes three multi purpose activity rooms (one of which can be sub divided), three offices, toilets and two store cupboards. The shower room, crèche room, dinning room and kitchen are shared with the Family Resource Centre.
Other Community facilities used by CLD	Portlethen Academy, Bettridge Centre, Newtonhill and Porty Cabin Youth facility.. Also Kincardine & Mearns COMET mobile unit.
