Customer Experience Panel

We are looking for volunteers to join our Customer Experience Panel. Volunteering will enable you to help shape aspects of how council services are accessed including the testing of new services and information requests. It’s vital for us to communicate with our customers if we are to understand and meet their expectations and requirements.  

By joining the Customer Experience Panel you can help us achieve this and make a positive difference to our processes and services.

How you can get involved

To join the panel, you simply need to be a customer of Aberdeenshire Council. You decide on your level of involvement, as customers are asked to participate on a voluntary basis for each activity. 

Register for the Customer Experience Panel providing your name, email address, and contact preferences.

There are many different ways you can be involved with the Customer Experience Panel, for example:

  • Testing a new or existing online process and providing constructive feedback
  • Testing a new or existing process at our Contact Centre
  • Completing questionnaires or taking part in surveys by email

What happens next

You may not hear from us immediately, but as improved and new services are in development, or are ready for testing, we will contact you with further details on how you can participate.
