Scheme of Delegation

Aberdeenshire Council have made the following Scheme of Delegation for the regulation of its business. When such functions, services, undertakings or other matters are delegated to a Committee, the Committee shall have the power to exercise the function as the Council could have exercised it had there been no delegation.
