Innovative solutions to meeting housing need

This design award category focuses on designs which deliver innovative solutions to meet the increasing demand for affordable housing. The scheme will demonstrate low cost housing or sheltered housing solutions which achieve high quality design and efficient use of materials. It can be either a single house or residential development. Larger schemes will further be judged on their ability to incorporate public green spaces and landscaping within the development.

Entries for this category must be conceptual (not built).
