Doune Court is located in the attractive hamlet of Bellabeg in a truly superb part of upper Donside, forming part of the wider dispersed settlement of Strathdon.

Facilities include a shop, community hall and church.

 

Accommodation

The complex is made up of 12 flats sharing a spacious lounge where all activities are held. The flats have their own kitchens and bathrooms.

There is a garden area with seating where tenants can sit and enjoy the scenery in the summer. As well as a communal kitchen and laundry room..

Guest room facilities are available for the use of visiting relatives who do not live locally. A small fee is charged for this facility.

 

Rent and service Ccarges

Rent for a flat depends on the characteristics of the flat. Rent is charged weekly but you may choose to pay on weekly, fortnightly, four-weekly or monthly. This includes:

• Heating and lighting
• Sheltered Housing Management charge

Rent is reviewed annually.
