What if I am a new tenant?
Each property is inspected and repaired before being offered for let. This is to meet our legal obligations and to achieve the standard agreed between us and Tenants groups.
We will let you know if there are any further repairs scheduled. However, if you do find any other outstanding repairs when you move in, please let us know by phoning:

Our helpful staff will advise you where your electric circuit breakers, water stop valves and gas stop valves (if the property has gas) are, and explain how to turn these off in an emergency.
