Counterfeit tobacco leads to community service for Aberdeenshire shop owner

A shop owner has been ordered to carry out unpaid work in the community after stocking illegal cigarettes for sale to the public. Trading Standards officers visited the premises with a specially-trained sniffer dog and found a large quantity of illicit branded cigarettes behind a wooden board under the shop window.
