Renewing Your Library Loans Online

You can check when your books are due back, renew them and see what charges you have via the Library Catalogue

To do this you need to have your library card and pin number ready. Your pin number can be obtained by online request and will be emailed back to you or alternatively call into your library to obtain it from the staff (you need to take your library membership card with you).

How to renew your library loans online:

1. Go to the Library Catalogue and click on Catalogue from the left menu.
2. Choose My Account from the top of the page.
3. Enter your library card number and PIN, then click on LOGIN
4. Choose loans
5. Click in the box next to the loans you wish to renew
6. Click on renew loan
7. You will receive a message on successful and unsuccessful renewals. New return dates are shown here.

Items may not be renewed when:

• someone else has reserved them
• the item has been renewed a maximum of 3 times
• if the item is overdue
• there is an outstanding charge on your account
• your membership is due to expire
