Education and Learning Libraries
Children aged 0-4 are eligible to take part in Bookstart and all they have to do is join the library and attend rhymetimes, storytimes and/or borrow books. Every time they visit the library they will get a wee sticker added to their special library card and can choose a certificate after 4 visits.
