Library Membership Form

Not a member yet? If you are a resident of Aberdeenshire or if you work or study in Aberdeenshire and you are 16 years or over, you can now join the library online. By joining online you can request books & DVDs via the Library Catalogue as well as gain access to a 21-day trial of the Digital Library Service.

In order to confirm membership with the Library Service, which will allow you to collect requested items or extend access to the Digital Library Service, all you need do is take proof of your name and address- such as a driving licence or utilities bill- to any Aberdeenshire library within 21 days of submitting your application.

There is no minimum age for joining the library. However, if you are under the age of 16 and wish to join, you are required to visit any library where your parent or guardian must countersign a registration form.
