Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005 - Overprovision Policies

The Licensing Boards for Aberdeenshire require to have in place by 1st September 2009, a detailed overprovision policy statement in terms of Section 6 and 7 of the Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005. The Boards already have in place outline policies for overprovision which can be viewed on the following pages:-
