Kirkton Development Brief

The Development Brief for the Aberdeenshire Local Plan fh1 site at Boothby Road was approved by the Banff & Buchan Area Planning Committee on 22 July 2008, subject to minor amendments which have now been made.  The Brief envisages a development of approximately 200 houses, located on the easterly half of the site.  The residue land’s development potential and the employment component in the current Local Plan will be considered under the next local Plan.
