Development Management is administered by Planning and Environmental Services. There are 6 teams within the service. These being Banff & Buchan, Buchan, Formartine, Garioch, Kincardine and Mearns and Marr.
The Area Teams are based at 5 main service centres at Banff, Peterhead, Ellon, Inverurie and Stonehaven. Surgeries are held at the local area office for the area. During these times planning officers are available for advice and consultation.
Planning Manager
Bruce Stewart is the Planning Manager responsible for managing the Development Management function on behalf of the Head of Development Management and Building Standards.
