Development Brief for Residential Development at Colleonard, Banff

This development brief site is allocated as Sites B, fh1 and C in the Aberdeenshire Local Plan. The brief has been written to highlight the constraints and opportunities at these sites which lie to the west of Banff, near to Colleonard House. The brief recommends that a masterplan approach is taken to the development of the sites to avoid incremental and disjointed development.

The Banff and Buchan Area Committee approved the brief on the 22nd of April 2008.
