Inverurie Town Centre North

This Development Brief is the redevelopment of the area to the north of Inverurie town centre. The Brief provides guidance on the redevelopment of the former locamotive works. The Brief recommends redevelopment for new entertainment, leisure, office and workshop uses. This Brief was approved by the Garioch Area Committee in November 2004.

Blackhall Road

This Development Brief is for two Sites on the edge of Inverurie allocated as EmpE and fh3 in the adopted Aberdeenshire Local Plan. The Development Brief allows for a mixed use development comprising residential and employment uses, in association with public open space and strategic landscaping. The Development Brief was approved by Garioch Area Committee on 13 March 2007.
