Kingseat

This Development Brief is for the redevelopment of Kingseat, a planned hospital settlement. Kingseat is allocated in the Aberdeenshire Local Plan an opportunity for enabling development. The Development Brief indicates how this area should be redeveloped for a number of uses having regard to existing hospital settlement and the conservation area status. The Development Brief was approved by Garioch Area Committee February 2003.
