Millbank Masterplan

The purpose of this development brief is to provide guidance on the sustainable regeneration of Millbank in support of the Finalised Aberdeenshire Local Plan allocations for development. The brief seeks to promote the first phase of the long-term vision to create a sustainable community at Millbank.

The Masterplan includes the document entitled “Millbank Redevelopment – Design Guide”. The design guidelines would be used to assess detailed plans when they are submitted through planning applications but only for the areas shown in the development brief.

The Development Brief was approved by the Garioch Area Committee on 31 January 2006.
