This is the Development Brief for Residential Development at Duthie Road. The site is allocated in the Aberdeenshire Local Plan as a fh1 for housing between the periods 2006-2010. The site also includes Project Areas P2 and P3 (Strategic Landscaping). This Development Brief was approved by Formartine Area Committee on 5th December 2006.

Site Emp A: Braikaly Croft

This is the Development Brief for site Emp A, Tarves, known as Braiklay Croft. The key land uses proposed for this site are employment and residential. Car­parking / hard standing, open spaces and strategic landscaping will also be required. The correct mix and layout for these uses. This Development Brief was approved by Formartine Area Committee on 28th February 2006.
