Landlord Accreditation Scheme

Landlord Accreditation Scotland is a scheme run by landlords for landlords.

IIt is a partnership between the Scottish Association of Landlords, the Scottish Rural Property and Business Association and the Scottish Government.

The aim of the partnership between Aberdeenshire Council and LAS is to give support to private landlords through providing information and training sessions locally.

To retain accredited status landlords must attend at least one training session each year, at a cost of around £25 per delegate.
