The rental figure for the workshops is based on the Council’s standard 6-year lease with a rent review after the third year. The lease is on a full repairing & insuring basis. There will be an option to the tenant to terminate at the end of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd years on payment of a penalty of 10% of the rent at 1st year and 15% of the rent at the 2nd and 3rd years. Other periods of lease may be available on application.

Tenants will be responsible for payment of a service charge for the maintenance and repair of the common parts of the estate fixed at 5% of the rent.
