Monitoring of Transport

The Public Transport Unit monitors contractor's performance with co-operation and liaison with schools.

Where poor performance is reported sanctions are taken against the operator, which could lead to contract termination.

We welcome feedback from parents and pupils. Please advise the appropriate contact person indicated on the letter you received from the Council detailing your child's school transport arrangements or contact your child's school.
