Disabled Relief

This relief is awarded to organisations that have properties that are occupied for the following purposes:

  1. Residential accommodation for the care or after care of persons suffering from illness.
  2. Facilities for training or for keeping suitably occupied persons who are or have been suffering from illness.
  3. Provision of facilities or accommodation for disabled persons not falling within (1) and (2) above.
  4. Providing welfare services for disabled persons.
  5. Relief can be granted if half or more of the floor area is used exclusively for one or more of the purposes specified above.
