SWIM Aberdeenshire

Aberdeenshire Council are in the process of re-evaluating the Swim Aberdeenshire programme. The first step will be to update all the information on swimmers that are on the waiting lists and inform you of some very important changes in procedure. This is part of a pilot scheme that ran first at Inverurie Swim Centre and has proved to be very successful, with waiting lists being reduced by over 50%. Letters and update forms will be sent out to names on the waiting lists at all Aberdeenshire Pools (except Banff, Inverurie & Portlethen) starting from Thursday 1st May. If you do not receive a letter by the 12th May please contact the relevant pool for further information or print off the form below.

This form is only for people currently on a waiting list. To access the waiting list please contact the appropriate swim centre and complete a Learn to Swim application form.

If you wish your child to remain on the waiting list at the Aberdeenshire Council pool of your choice, then please fill in the update form and return to the pool of your choice before the 31st May 2008. If we do not get a reply before the 31st May 2008 then we will assume that you do not want a space on the waiting list and your child's name will be removed.
