Economic Development within Aberdeenshire Council exists to benefit business and community initiatives and all those looking to find out about Aberdeenshire or relocating to the area.
A dedicated team of Business Development Executives and support staff are available to provide advice and information on a range of topics with regard to all aspects of business and trade development.
We can lead you through the maze of grant applications, advise on loan applications, marketing your business, help you understand the implications of trading overseas and keep you up to date with new developments in the area.
By keeping businesses informed through regular newsletters, Economic Development encourages participation in forthcoming events, including trade missions and exhibitions.
Our network of partnerships with other local councils, Scottish Enterprise Grampian, the Enterprise North East Trust and various bodies, agencies and organisations will enable us to direct you to exactly the right people.
Aberdeenshire Council also promotes industrial and commercial development through the provision of business units currently available in a number of locations throughout the area.
