The Loo of the Year Awards have been identifying the best 'Away from Home' toilet facilities in the UK since 1987. Our Public Conveniences receive unannounced visits from authorised inspectors and are assessed against a wide range of criteria. They are then graded from 1 to 5 stars - 1 being poor to 5 being excellent. Awards are only issued for those Facilities winning 3 stars or more.

Aberdeenshire's Comfort Partnership Scheme

Aberdeenshire's Comfort Partnership Scheme is an initiative being developed by the Council to enhance the service offered in the area. Members of this scheme offer free of charge use of their toilet facilities, without any expectation to purchase any goods or services. Members of the scheme are:
