Temporary Garden Waste Recycling facilities return

Seasonal extra recycling facilities for garden waste are back again for 2013 starting from the 20th April. Information on dates, times and locations are in our Composting and Garden Waste section.

Convenient places to take small electrical items for recycling in addition to Household Waste Recycling Centres.

Changes to Council refuse and recycling arrangements

Changes to the way that waste and recycling are collected were approved at a full meeting of Aberdeenshire Council on Thursday 17 January. The new scheme is designed to help the council meet the Scottish Government’s Zero Waste targets.
