Business rates self-service

Sign up for self-service to receive and view your business rates (non-domestic rates) bills electronically instead of through the post. You will receive an email whenever you have a new bill and can access it instantly and securely through your self-service account.

You can also check your account summary, balances, instalments due and payments made.

If you are already registered and have linked your account with your business rates details, you can access the self-service by signing in.

How to register 

You will need to provide the following when registering: 

• Your name as it appears on your business rates bill
• Your business rates reference number 
• Your postcode

This is so we can match your account with your business rates information. You will only have to provide this information once as part of your registration.

An email will be sent to you confirming what you need to do next to activate your account. If you cannot see this email in your inbox please check your junk or spam folder. Please complete the registration process by selecting the link in the email. Once complete you will be able to access the self-service.
