North East Scotland Fisheries Development Partnership (NESFDP)
North East Scotland Fisheries Development Partnership (NESFDP) is a cross party, cross-sectoral group hosted by Aberdeenshire Council which seeks to provide a communication channel between the wider industry and its political representatives at all levels.
The next NESFDP meetings will take place at:
- 1pm on Friday 22nd June 2018 in Committee Room 5, Woodhill House
- 1pm on Friday 2nd November 2018 in Committee Room 5, Woodhill House

Commissioned and funded by Aberdeenshire Council and Scottish Enterprise with input from Aberdeen City Council, a major study of the local fish processing sector was published on 11th May 2015. View the NE Scotland Fish Processing Strategy Report.
This study analyses the current status of seafood processing in NE Scotland in the context of new Common Fisheries Policy and develops a strategy for growth.
