  • Use of your name, phone number, postcode, address, and email address to respond to you if you request a response to a Support or Fault Report form submission – the user has the choice whether to provide details during the form submission
  • Use of your name, postcode, and address (if ‘include diagnostic data’ is selected in a Support request) to diagnose issues and respond to you – the user has the choice whether to provide details during Support form submission
  • Use of your name, phone number, and/or email address to respond to you regarding a Customer Survey submission – the user has the choice whether to provide details during the form submission
