Eigie House is located within the large village of Balmedie, featuring the awarding winning Balmedie Beach.

There is a local convenience shop which is under 500 yards and a Post Office.

The wider area of Balmedie offers:

The city of Aberdeen is a short eighteen-minute drive from Balmedie, offering a wide range of shopping centres, green spaces and leisure activities


Eigie House has twenty-six flats and eight cottages, across two levels, with:

  • lift access
  • a communal lounge
  • laundry facilities
  • library
  • gardens

Flats have:

  • gas central heating
  • double glazing
  • fitted kitchens

Eigie House is fitted with a door entry system and all properties are connected to the Community Alarm Service.
