Skerryhall Sheltered HousingSkerry Hall sheltered housing scheme is situated just off the main road in Boddam.

The scheme has 11 one bedroom and one two bedroom self-contained flats.

The flats have fitted kitchens, central heating and doubled glazing. They are all fitted with a door entry system and are connected to the community alarm system.

Facilities at the scheme include:

  • a communal room where residents can meet friends and chat over a cup of tea
  • communal laundry facilities with washing machines and tumble dryers
  • a fruit and veg van

There is one guest room available for use by relatives or friends who don't live locally.

Regular social activities can be facilitated by the Sheltered Housing Officer which includes:

  • morning tea
  • bingo
  • monthly fish and chips night

Skerry Hall is well positioned in Boddam. The village benefits from a small selection of shops, a library and Post Office. Peterhead, with its large range of shops, is only three miles away and there is a regular bus service.
