Have your say on the future of three primary schools
A drop-in session on the future of Easterfield School will take place on October 3 from 6.45pm until 8pm in Community Room at Turriff Primary School, Meadowbank Road, Turriff, AB53 4WB.
A drop-in session on the future of Fisherford School will take place on October 3 from 5pm until 6.15pm in the General Purpose Hall at Auchterless School, Auchterless, Turriff, AB53 8BA.
In May 2021, the decision was made to mothball the primary schools. Mothballing is a temporary closure when pupil numbers fall below a certain level.
There have been no requests for any new pupils to enrol since August 2021 and both schools have continued to be mothballed.
Aberdeenshire Council is now carrying out an Options Appraisal, which will consider all available information. As part of this, it is important the community present their views at the meeting.

A drop-in session on the future of Clatt School will take place on October 4 from 5pm until 6.30pm at Clatt Village Hall.
The school is currently mothballed and no further applications for children to attend Clatt School have been made.
Aberdeenshire Council is now carrying out an Options Appraisal, which will consider all available information.

The survey will be open until October 6 and can be completed by more than one person in your household, including any children who wish to participate.
