Proposed Merger of Fintry School and King Edward School

Aberdeenshire Council is running a consultation on the proposed merger of King Edward School and Fintry School.

The proposals are to either:

• Merge Fintry and King Edward Schools retaining only the Fintry School building and permanently discontinue education at King Edward School
• Merge Fintry and King Edward Schools retaining only the King Edward School building and permanently discontinue education at Fintry School

It runs from today through to March 27.
