Special diets at school
You child's school should be advised of any food allergies or medically prescribed dietary support during the school induction process (both primary schools and academies) or when a condition is identified.
If your child is affected and attends a primary school, please complete the special dietary requirements - admission form D (pdf 17KB) and send it to the school. You can also request a paper copy of the form from the school office.
Parents and carers of pupils with medically prescribed dietary needs can view allergens contained in any food item on the current Primary school menus via our School Meals Well-being Portal.
Please note this system is only partially complaint with web accessibility regulations. We are working with our supplier to make it fully accessible by end of July 2021. In the meantime if you require dietary information in an alternative format please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
