We have decided to close all offices to the public with immediate effect and we no longer accept cash or cheque payments. Please use our online services or call us through the Contact Centre to make a payment or get the help, advice and support you require. The hubs opened in our schools will continue to operate as planned.

Services for people affected by domestic abuse
Our Children and Families teams provide support to parents or carers who are affected by domestic abuse. Services are provided based on our GIRFEC (Getting it Right for Every Child) arrangements.
We provide a broad range of mainstream and specialised services, working in partnership with other agencies, health services, Police and the voluntary sector. Mainstream services are services available to all.
If you need help, contact your local Children and Families team. They will arrange a suitable time for you to visit to discuss what help you need. If you prefer, you can be visited at your home, or another agreed place if that is safer for you.
Your enquiry will be treated absolutely confidentially. Options and services can be discussed with you and you can choose what support you want to take.
