Drugs Action has been operating since 1986. It provides services to drug users and their families aimed to reduce the harm associated with drug use to the individual, family and community.
Interventions range from advice and information regarding safer drug use through to intensive work with dependent drug users and family members.

Aberdeenshire alcohol and drug partnership is a multi-agency strategic partnership providing local strategic direction to tackle drug and alcohol problems. Teams involve senior officers from local bodies and agencies, both statutory and non-statutory.
