Throughcare services

Statutory throughcare services are aimed at the community supervision and support of offenders released from prison on supervision, such as:

• parole or non parole licence
• life licence
• supervised release order
• extended sentence

Offenders not released on supervision - usually those who have served shorter sentences - are offered advice and support on a voluntary basis to help break the cycle of offending and improve community integration.

We offer a service aimed at meeting the specific needs of women who offend. This is run in partnership with the voluntary sector.
