Allachburn Care Home
Allachburn is in a quiet part of Aboyne, in extensive grounds. It is on one floor and can accommodate 30 residents, in three wings.
Each bedroom is fully furnished and has a lockable space for safe keeping of small valuables and belongings. You can personalise your room by bringing some of your favourite furniture, photographs or other personal items.
One room is used for short stay or respite care.
Facilities at Allachburn include:
- one shower room and two large bathrooms
- two main lounges and one small lounge
- shop and café
- therapy room
- main dining room
- two large patio areas outside both with gazebos, raised flower beds and a green house
- freshly cooked meals with choice of menu, special diets can be catered for
- laundry
All rooms and public areas have call points so you can call for help 24 hours a day.

We can arrange for a GP, occupational therapist, dentist or optician to visit you.
There is an open house policy so your friends and families are welcome at any time.
