Many organisations have said that whilst physical donations are generous, they generate a lot of work to process and ship. Financial donations to international organisations will result in help getting to those in need much more quickly and can be more flexible to respond to need.

Scotland Supporting Ukraine is a volunteer association providing support for families fleeing the conflict in Ukraine. The volunteers work with local groups and can provide advice about collection points and local hubs.
