The table below shows the actions now undertaken once the new tenant has moved in.

Element Task
Windows Replace any failed double-glazed units.
Doors - Internal Renew if damaged beyond repair, considering the 50% rule.
Doors External Carry out necessary repairs to doors including decoration where required.
Kitchens Ensure cooker space has 600mm stainless steel splashback 
Bathroom 2 or 3 apartment ground floor properties to be changed to wet rooms at planned upgrade through capital programme.
Upgrades Arrange mutually convenient date to undertake necessary upgrades.
Decoration Minor decoration, issue a decoration voucher for sign up.
Attic space Top up insulation if less than 300mm.
Attic space Install walkway to tanks where required.
Attic space If condensation is evident fit additional ventilation.
Garden Cut back overgrown weeds, grass, hedges and leave in a manageable state for new tenant.
Misc Remove redundant coal bunkers.
Sheds and outbuildings Remove any with health and safety concerns.
Sheds and outbuildings Inspect condition of shed or other ancillary building, repair, paint or replace as required, ensure those with locks are fully operational.
Fences and gates Boundary fences and gates to be safe and secure.
