User involvement
You can join our advocacy group to share ideas, make suggestions and talk about any problems at the day service. Some of our advocates are also involved in the Aberdeenshire Powerful Voices Together Self-Advocacy group.
We hold service user meetings every six weeks. Everyone who uses the day service can go to these meetings. You can ask questions and share your views about how the day service is run.
Who can come to our service
You can ask a social worker to refer you. When you first visit, we’ll ask you what you want from the service. You’ll have the chance to try different things to find out what you like. You can choose what you want to do. You’ll be matched with a key worker. They’ll support you and make sure things are going okay.
