Many of our services are available online which allows you to access services at a time that is convenient to you. Please make use of our online services wherever possible:
- A-Z of waste and recycling items
- Book a recycling centre slot or tyre disposal
- Book bins for an event
- Check your bin collection dates
- Report an abandoned vehicle
- Report a missed bin collection
- Report fly-tipping
- Request an additional recycling bin
- Request assessment for an extra refuse bin
- Request a bulky waste collection
- Report a damaged bin
- Request bins for a new home (if there are no bins at the property)
- Order a home compost bin

We are also available to deal with your enquiry Monday to Friday from 8:45am to 5pm via our Wasteline on 03456 081207.
