Website governance and objectives

The UX team has overall responsibility for the corporate website. The website is managed using a centralised publishing model. So, content changes must go through the UX team to be made live, but not all changes are done by the team.

This process streamlines content updates for everyone involved, letting the UX team focus on meeting the website objectives.

Everyone who requests updates or publishes on the website must make sure their changes comply with the content and accessibility guidelines. This is important and helps the publishing process to work well, preventing delays in updating the website.
