Two waste transfer stations to stop accepting asbestos

Aberdeenshire Council will stop accepting household asbestos at its waste transfer stations in Banchory and Ellon from Thursday 9 July following a review of public access to the sites. The Macduff waste transfer station will continue to accept bookings for asbestos disposal from householders.
