Disruptions to bin collections

Occasionally, bin collections are missed for a variety of reasons including weather conditions, road closures, or vehicles being in for maintenance and repair. If you presented your bin by 7am and it was not collected by 4.45pm, please check the list below before reporting a missed bin. Our apologies for any disruption to service that you experience.

Where we don't otherwise indicate on this page, if we didn't collect your bin within five days, we will collect excess on the next scheduled collection of that same bin.

If you find yourself accumulating additional household recycling and waste, please remember you can take it to a recycling centre. 

11th October 2024
