Timescales for publishing content
How long it takes to publish changes depends on:
- The type of request
- If the content complies with website content and accessibility guidelines
Please give us plenty of notice when logging tickets, especially if you need something to go live by a certain date.
This table outlines the expected resolution timescales for each type of content request.
| Type of content request | Description | Timescales |
| Incident |
Factual accuracy changes such as update phone number, email address or pricing | Within 24 to 48 hours |
| Standard request | Minor changes such as updating content on the existing page but not affecting factual accuracy of the information | Within 3 days if content is accessible and compliant with guidelines |
| Non-standard request | Major changes to an existing page or pages, or adding new content that may create new pages | Within 4 weeks if content is accessible and compliant with guidelines |
| Section restructure | Full redesign of a section | Assessed individually, if work can be scheduled in, timescales will be communicated to the requestor |
