Short URL links

If you plan to promote a webpage in print or other media, you may find it helpful to use a short link. A short link is a shorter URL (web page address) that's to easier remember and automatically redirects to the webpage.

When requesting a short link from the UX team, please provide evidence that:

• It is needed for offline marketing and promotion
• The link is specific to the content and will make sense in the future

Don't publish or share the link until the UX team confirms that a short link can be provided. The content or webpage must be live on the site before the short link is shared.
