Opening times
Monday to Sunday:
- 9am to 12.30pm
- 12.30pm to 1pm - closed
- 1pm to 4.30pm - 4pm on Fridays
Opening times vary over Christmas and New Year, but we are usually open on other public holidays.
No pedestrian access, as we can't safely keep pedestrians and vehicle traffic apart.

Items for reuse
Inverurie recycling centre accepts pre-loved bagged and clean mattresses for reuse through a local charity. The centre doesn't accept any other items for reuse.

Items not accepted
The following items are not accepted at Inverurie recycling centre:
- Asbestos
- Commercial or trade waste
- Liquids - excluding engine (mineral) and cooking oil which are accepted
- Paint in liquid form - must be solidified
- Tyres
Available recycling equipment
You can collect the following recycling equipment from Inverurie recycling centre:
- Battery bags
- Food caddy liners
- Indoor blue food waste caddies
- Green outdoor food caddies
